AM/PM Wellness Center of Central New York is offering a full schedule of mind/body classes in tai chi, meditation, and yoga. Check back often for the many new classes we would like to offer: Reiki, Pilates, Nia, Belly Dancing and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. The beautiful studio space has hardwood floors, is warm, peaceful, and spacious. Our teachers are highly trained and certified, experienced and ready to share their passion for wellness with you.
We bring health and wellness to everyone from the fit to those who are looking to improve fitness of body, mind and spirit. Offering classes for everyone from meditation to the soft and gentle movement of tai chi to various yoga styles; from the energizing vinyasa yoga class to the gentlest chair yoga class. The focus will be on providing classes to improve the mind/body connection, reducing stress, improving balance, increasing strength and flexibility while creating a calm and focused mind.
