New Students Welcome
What to Expect
- The studio is warm, peaceful, and spacious, complete with sound system, soft lighting, and hardwood floors
- Be prepared to settle into your space, let go of the worries of achieving, listen to your body and enjoy the journey of yoga
- Daily classes are 75 minutes. Specialty classes are 90 minutes
- For your comfort please do not eat a meal at least 2 hours before class
- Wear comfortable clothes which allow for movement
- Yoga is traditional practiced barefoot
- Bring a yoga mat (we have a few to borrow until you can get your own)
- Blankets, bolsters, ties, blocks, light dumbbells are provided if needed
- You are welcome to bring your own props if you prefer
- Pregnant students are welcome to attend the Hatha multi level class
- Please advise teacher of pregnancy or limitations for modifications and adjustments
- Must have teachers ok to attend the intermediate level classes
Yoga classes with the independent yoga provider "On The Mat" can be purchased online as well as at the studio. Other classes in yoga or tai chi must be purchased at the studio with the independent provider.
Feel free to show up at the studio for your first class for a $10.00 drop in rate. Be sure to visit the class cancellation page before coming to the studio to ensure that the class is being held. All class cancellations will be posted on the website cancellation page by two hours before the scheduled class time.
