Friday Night Candle Light
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
February 22nd ~6:30-8:00pm 
 
Suitable for all levels. Class will consist of a mix of gentle yoga poses as well as supported, restorative poses.Tension & stress will be released in gentle poses uniting breath & movement preparing for restorative portion of the class
 
Blankets and bolsters will be provided to support you in restful restorative poses 
 
Benefits the bodies overall health and wellness 
 
Restorative yoga triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for balancing the body. Healing benefits are lower heart rate and blood pressure, stimulates the immune and endocrine systems, balances the nervous system, reduces muscle tension, insomnia and fatigue.
 
Restorative yoga elicits deep relaxation which results in benefits to internal organs especially our own hearts
 
 Class will end with candle gazing, and loving kindness meditation 
 
Payment: $12.00
