February is National Heart Health Month
Come and join us this Saturday morning Feb 2nd 10am for yoga with focus & centering on our hearts
Class will begin with heart & breath.
A warrior warm up series will follow to get the circulation flowing andbring us to a centering on our hearts.
Many heart opening poses will be practiced, closing with guided relaxationand readings of the heart.

All classes throughout February will bring a bit of a heart focus as we open our heart center with a few poses. This will also counter all of the huddling & hunching forward with this cold winter weather.
