Walking & Yoga at Beaver Lake Nature Center
Come and see the wonders of spring unfold while experiencing a great class for complete fitness! Each five week class will lead you on a path to a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and spirit. Class will begin with 30 minutes of walking the trails followed by 60 minutes of yoga inside the Nature Center Hall. Benefits include increased cardio fitness and strength, improved flexibility and balance, stress reduction and weight management. You will start or end your day feeling balanced, relaxed and energized. Please dress in layers to adjust to the weather, bring sneakers/hiking shoes, yoga mat, and water. We will walk rain or shine, in extremely bad weather, we may meet inside Nature Center for a 90 minute yoga class.

Monday Mornings  9:00 - 10:30am
Session 1:     April 22, Apr 29, May 6, May 13, May 20
Session 2:     June 3, Jun 10, Jun 17, Jun 24, July 1

Wednesday Evenings   6:00 - 7:30pm
Session 1:     April, 17, April 24, May 8, May 15, May 22 (no class May 1)
Session 2:     May 29, June 5, Jun 12, Jun 19, Jun 26
Location:Beaver Lake Nature Center
Time: Mondays 9:00-10:30am, Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm Wednesdays
Cost:$47 one session (5 weeks); $5.00 discount for two session registration $89 (10 weeks)
Registration Required.
