February is National Heart Health Month
Come and join us this Saturday morning Feb 2nd 10am for yoga with focus & centering on our hearts
Class will begin with heart & breath.
A warrior warm up series will follow to get the circulation flowing andbring us to a centering on our hearts.
Many heart opening poses will be practiced, closing with guided relaxationand readings of the heart.

Our class on Saturdays will be meeting in the upstairs studio overlooking the river. The front doors of the building will be opened for the month of January so feel free to enter through either the front or rear entrance. This is a perfect class to start your weekend off right. Come and join us.
