Walking & Yoga at Beaver Lake Nature Center
Come and see the wonders of spring unfold while experiencing a great class for complete fitness! Each five week class will lead you on a path to a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and spirit. Class will begin with 30 minutes of walking the trails followed by 60 minutes of yoga inside the Nature Center Hall. Benefits include increased cardio fitness and strength, improved flexibility and balance, stress reduction and weight management.
